Thank you for purchasing a slot from our service! Here are the standard terms and conditions that you will agree to by continuing with this purchase:
1. No refund will be given after the sketch stage (and design stage if applicable). The initial down payment covers the work done for the sketch/design phase so will be non refundable.
2. No major amendments will be made post sketch/design stage's finalization without incurring fees depending on the scale of the changes. It is important to maintain communication during said phase as this will ensure you get what you are looking for.
3. The general time estimate of completion is 1 month unless specified otherwise. If there are likely to be delays due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified ahead of time where you may choose to cancel and receive a partial refund if you have paid more than the non refundable sketch stage payment.
4. I reserve all rights to the artwork: you are free to use the art as you see fit in a non commercial setting. You may not make profit using the art purchased; art used in commercial settings will require negotiation and have different costs involved.
5. Do not attempt to dox the seller with the information gathered during the transaction: no sharing of email addresses or private discord links etc. Anonymity requests will be respected for all parties (you are free to request that the art is posted without any links back to you or not to have it posted publicly at all)
6. Payment must be completed within 2 months of the initial transaction completion but can be segmented in payments of over 10% at a time with 50% up front. You are free to pay the whole cost up front if you wish but that is entirely at your discretion. THIS MUST BE AGREED UPFRONT OR EXTRANEOUS CIRCUMSTANCES MUST BE EXPLAINED
7. The final piece is non refundable.
8. Harassment will not be tolerated- aggression or threats will result in the transaction being ended and no refund given.
9. I reserve the rights to refuse a commission.
10. If uploading to another site, please refer to the artist as 'LORD' or 'REX' depending on seller
11. Chargebacks will result in immediate blacklisting
Should the terms be broken, the commissioner will be blacklisted and no refunds given.
